Mental wellbeing plays an important role in how you think, respond and make decisions at work, particularly in professions where judgement, integrity and accountability are critical.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, this ICAS webinar gives you the opportunity to reflect on the connection between wellbeing and ethical decision‑making, and why supporting both matters for you, your team and the profession as a whole.
Through a facilitated discussion, you’ll gain insight into how factors such as pressure, stress and workplace culture can influence professional judgement. We’ll explore how mental health can impact our performance in the workplace, as well as outside, and provide practical ways to support better decision‑making and professional standards, for both you and your team.
Designed to be thoughtful, balanced and solutions‑focused, the webinar provides insights you can take away and apply across a wide range of roles and working environments.
