From insight to opportunity: growing talent with AAB

Christina Torrance CA, Audit Director from AAB tells us how their training programme offers different pathways and how the flexibility of the ICAS programme suits both the students and the business. AAB's students use a mixture of in-person workshops, online modules and self-study as well as having the benefit of qualified colleagues to help them through their learning journey. The flexibility of the ICAS programme means that students aren't all on study leave at the same time, which is a hugely valuable benefit for the business.
