The unique five-year course takes a work-based approach to learning, maximising your student’s time in the office. They’ll study towards a BA Honours degree and the prestigious CA qualification, all while gaining workplace experience.
What is the Graduate Apprenticeship?
A five-year, work-based learning programme that leads to:
- A BA Honours degree from RGU
- The globally recognised CA qualification from ICAS
- 450 days of work experience
Why choose this route?
-
A cost-effective way to add a CA to your business
Our Graduate Apprenticeship is funded by the Scottish Government.
This means your student’s university and ICAS course fees are covered, and you’ll only pay some of the fees* that you might expect when you train a CA on other routes.
*The training contract and assessment fees are fixed and are communicated up front.
-
A digital-first approach to learning that allows business to come first
Our Graduate Apprenticeship takes a work-based approach to learning, meaning your office is the primary place of learning.
And with a digital-first approach to learning at both ICAS and RGU, your students can fit their studies around their workload and clients.
They’ll be fully supported throughout, with quarterly in-person days on the RGU campus in Aberdeen or at CA House in Edinburgh.
-
Partnered with the best
We’ve partnered with the award-winning Robert Gordon University (RGU), which is ranked in the top 5% of global business schools.
A best of both worlds approach where students are fully supported by both RGU lecturers and ICAS tutors throughout their training and assessments.
-
