Your ICAS Student email address
We are constantly making efforts to enhance the user experience for all CA Students. As part of these improvements we have provided all our Students with their own personal @student.icas.com email address.
How will this improve my ICAS experience?
Single log in details
You are required to use your ICAS email address, and the password you create for it, to access the various websites, online learning and exam platforms you’ll need throughout your CA training. This will keep things easy to manage and save you from having to remember a range of different log-in details. We will automatically update all the systems for you, so you won’t need to do anything other than use your new email and password when logging in.
You will need your ICAS email address to access:
- Timetabler
- Advantage
- icas.com Student resources
- Your RPE achievement logbook
- Microsoft Teams
- Turnitin
- Online assessment platform
Clear communication
You will receive all essential, learning-related communications at your ICAS email address. This will help you to keep track of everything you need to know by keeping it all in one place, ensuring you don’t miss any important class or exam information or any useful updates.
You will also need to use this email address whenever you're contacting ICAS.
Office 365
Your ICAS email address will give you free access to Microsoft 365, which can be installed on up to five devices, and includes a range of apps and tools that will benefit your CA training experience:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Cloud storage
- Microsoft Forms for easy sharing of attachments, forms and documents.
When will I get my new email address?
When you begin studying with ICAS you’ll receive an email from Microsoft with a link to a few simple steps you’ll need to follow to set up your password and access your new ICAS inbox.
Setting up your ICAS email is easy – just follow the instructions in the email you'll receive from Microsoft – but just in case you have any problems we've put together a step-by-step guide.
