PCRT has been updated to take account of the IESBA tax planning related revisions to its Code of Ethics (April 2024). This edition of PCRT is effective from 1 January 2026.

PCRT consists of the fundamental principles and the standards for tax planning. Compliance with PCRT is mandatory for members undertaking tax work. Members must be familiar with and comply with PCRT and a failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
