ICAS members and wider business professionals can access discounted coaching services through our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) partnership with Leading Figures - a coaching and leadership development practice working with leaders, teams, and organisations across a range of sectors.
Leading Figures offers four coaching services through ICAS. Each is designed around a different need - from focused individual development to an embedded coaching resource available across your leadership community.
Please note that our 1:1 Executive, Leadership and Team Coaching services are typically arranged by the individual, supported by their organisation sponsoring or funding the coaching. A 15% discount applies where the individual is an ICAS member.
The Coaching Presence is arranged directly by the organisation on behalf of its leaders.
Individuals who undertake any of the coaching four coaching services through Leading Figures, have access to intensive and intimate support and are thus able to address professional, business and personal challenges, set goals, clarify decisions and achieve results faster than normal. Personal and professional development is accelerated through deep coaching conversations between the individual and the coach, in a confidential safe space.
The focus is on nurturing the individual's strengths, mitigating their weaknesses and designing actions that inspire results. With a coach, the individual essentially has a confidant in what is a unique relationship on the path to fulfilling their personal, professional, team and organisational aspirations.
Leading Figures' services
1:1 Executive Coaching
For senior and established leaders navigating the particular pressures that come with executive responsibility. The stakes are often high, the decisions hard, and the space to think out loud can be narrow. 1:1 Executive Coaching provides that space — deep, confidential, and focused on the leader as a whole: their performance, their presence, and their impact. Typical programmes consist of an agreed number of sessions, normally over a 6- or 12-month period.
1:1 Leadership Coaching
For those on the journey from technical expert to business leader who want to think more clearly, make better decisions, and achieve results that matter. Programmes consisting of an agreed number of sessions, normally over 6 or 12 months, are focused entirely on the individual — their challenges, goals, and development. A Leading Figures coach acts as a skilled, independent thinking partner: someone to work with on the difficult questions, in a confidential safe space with no agenda other than the aspiring leader's own growth.
Team Coaching
For teams that want to work better together — not just more efficiently, but more honestly and effectively. Team coaching with Leading Figures creates the conditions for real conversations: about how the team operates, where it gets stuck, and what it needs to do differently to achieve shared goals. Sessions are facilitated, structured, and focused on collective progress.
The Coaching Presence — Coaching When It Counts
For organisations that want to make coaching available to their leaders as an ongoing resource — not as a one-off intervention, but as something embedded in the fabric of working life.
The Coaching Presence places one or more experienced Leading Figures coaches within your organisation on a recurring basis. Any leader within the agreed cohort can book time directly — a confidential 60-minute session, at the moment they need it. Available when it matters, without the need for a formal nomination or structured programme to be in place.
