• Shona Campbell CAChair, Henderson LoggieShona has been Chair of Henderson Loggie since January 2024 and Head of the Business Recovery and Insolvency team since 2018. She became a CA in 2001 and has over twenty-five years of experience advising businesses, most of that time dealing with businesses facing some form of financial difficulty.

• Eilidh MacEwanDirector and Solicitor Advocate, Anderson StrathernEilidh is a member of Anderson Strathern's Commercial Litigation team and has over ten years’ experience of dealing with commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery matters. Eilidh also has considerable experience in public sector litigation and proceeds of crime matters. She frequently represents clients at procedural and substantive hearings in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland as well as instructing counsel in the Court of Session.

• Joyce Thomson CADirector, Corporate simplification, InterpathJoyce Thomson, is a CA and ICAS licensed Insolvency Practitioner specialising in Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (‘MVL’). Joyce trained at KPMG in FS Audit before transferring to Restructuring to work on the Dunfermline Building Society special administration in 2009. Since then, Joyce has worked on various insolvencies (care homes, construction, a private school and oil & gas) and enjoyed a secondment with Clydesdale Bank’s SBS team before specialising in MVLs in 2016. Joyce is now a Director in Interpath’s Corporate Simplification team taking MVL appointments across Scotland, England & Wales and the occasional joint appointment in BVI.

• Ronan Duffy CA Partner and Insolvency Practitioner, McCambridge DuffyRonan Duffy is a partner and Insolvency Practitioner at McCambridge Duffy LLP, based in Derry. A graduate of the University of Edinburgh, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in Scotland in 1998, working across the UK, France and Switzerland with primarily financial services clients, before joining EY to work with UK and US clients. He subsequently returned to Ireland, joining an established family firm working across accountancy and insolvency. As a licensed Insolvency Practitioner qualified to act in both the UK and Ireland, Ronan has broad experience across corporate and personal insolvency in various jurisdictions.

• Efem ToptasManaging Director, The Logic IT SolutionsEfem Toptas is the Managing Director of TheLogic IT Solutions, a Livingston based managed services provider (MSP). TheLogic works with UK legal, accountancy, finance, construction, and professional services firms on managed IT, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 services. Efem has been in technology for almost 30 years, and has led TheLogic since 2006, driven throughout by a genuine love of new technology and innovation. TheLogic sits at the intersection of data protection compliance and practical IT delivery, giving Efem a front row view of how AI is reshaping the volume and complexity of subject access requests.

• Paul Brindley FCALicensed Insolvency Practitioner, Midlands Business Recovery Paul is a chartered accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner with more than 40 years’ experience. He runs Midlands Business Recovery, a small specialist insolvency practice in the West Midlands. Paul has been exploring practical ways in which smaller firms can use AI. This has included developing VAi, an online insolvency co-pilot, and an in-house Early Warning System designed to identify the signs of likely corporate financial distress. He will share what has worked, what has not, and how small firms can produce useful results from AI without the resources available to larger practices.

• Christine Convy MIPA MABRP CADirector, Dunedin AdvisoryChristine is a chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner with over 25 years' experience in business services and recovery, and founder and director of Dunedin Advisory Ltd. A licensed insolvency practitioner since 1995, she brings first-hand experience in business structures, succession planning, MBOs and EOTs, and is known for her practical, commercial approach. She provides professional opinion on valuations, estimated outcomes and dispute resolution, and was instrumental in her firm winning the AiB government agency contract in Scotland for a third successive term.

• Jamie McIntoshPartner, Restructuring, Addleshow GoddardJamie is a partner and Head of the Restructuring team in Scotland, specialising in all aspects of insolvency, turnaround and corporate restructuring. Dual qualified in Scotland and England, he has over 16 years' experience in the finance and restructuring market. Recent highlights include advising PwC as Administrators of McColls Retail Group plc on the pre-pack sale to Morrisons Supermarkets, acting for Teneo as Administrators of the M&CO Retail Group, and advising Interpath as Administrators of the Arjowiggins Group.

• Adam MontyAssociate Director, TeneoAdam Monty is a Manager in Teneo's Financial Advisory practice, specialising in restructuring and insolvency. Adam began his career with KPMG before joining Teneo, where he advises on complex formal insolvency appointments and restructuring engagements across a range of sectors.

• Judith HowsonRestructuring & Recovery Director, AABJudith Howson is a Restructuring & Recovery Director based in Glasgow. A licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Chartered Certified Accountant with 30 years' experience, she supervises a team undertaking complex corporate and personal insolvency cases and oversees technical and compliance matters. She is a member of the R3 Scotland Committee and sits nationally on R3's Small Practices Group.
