That’s where our wellbeing support comes in.
The support, which includes a counselling helpline and Netflix-style resource portal, is free for all ICAS students.
It can help to talk
When you’re struggling with a problem, talking to someone else can help you gain a different perspective, identify potential solutions and develop new ways to cope. Sharing your problems can also help by making you feel less isolated.
You can call the student wellbeing helpline at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The confidential service is designed to assist you with personal and professional problems that could be affecting your home life, work life, health or general wellbeing.
And you can have up to six sessions with the friendly, qualified counsellors per issue that you’re dealing with.
