Your ICAS, your vote: Voting opens for the 2025 ICAS Council elections and AGM

Members' nominations are in, and voting is now open for the four contested ICAS Council seats.

All ICAS members will receive voting instructions by email or letter from the independent election scrutineer Mi-Voice from Tuesday 1 April.

Seven nominations were received for the four ICAS Council Open Seat vacancies. You can choose your preferred candidates from:

Are any other matters to be voted on?
You can now also vote on 2025 ICAS AGM resolutions:
- Receive and approve the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements.
- Approve the re-appointment of Martin Gill, BDO LLP as ICAS Auditor.
- Approve the implementation of a lifetime subscription with effect from 1 January 2027.

How to vote
From Tuesday 1 April, you will receive an email from Mi-Voice, the independent election scrutineer who is managing the voting on behalf of ICAS. The email will contain a link to ICAS’ secure elections website and the unique voter code you’ll need to cast your votes.
There, you’ll also find further information on what you need to vote on and details about the candidates who have been nominated for election.
If you don’t have an email address, you’ll be notified by letter and can either vote online or request a postal ballot pack.

Voting emails will be sent to you from 1 April 2025 from elections@mi-voice.com.

When does voting close?
Voting will close on Wednesday 23 April at 12 noon (BST).
When will we know the results?
The results will be announced at the 2025 ICAS AGM on Friday 25 April.
