This is for CAs who have helped to bring about a positive change in the areas of sustainability or equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).

We are looking for CAs with:  

  • Leadership qualities that are positively influencing and inspiring others within their organisation to embrace change.
  • Involvement in upskilling activities outside of their day-to-day role.
  • Evidence of championing a key issue in the talent sphere such as EDI, skills development, non-traditional working and mentoring.

Changemakers winner 2025: Naeema Joji CA

Naeema Joji CA, Assistant Manager, RSM UK, isn’t here to blend in, she’s here to build. Since qualifying in 2024, she has quickly emerged as a dynamic and values-driven leader. Her work focuses on inclusion, social mobility and early-career engagement. Notably, despite not being a manager, she led the African Caribbean Network at her previous firm, organising impactful events and advocating for recognition of Black professionals. Now at a new firm, she’s initiating similar culture-shifting efforts.

Within ICAS, Joji is an active contributor, involved in the Black Members’ Network, the Grampian Area Network Committee and the Women’s Network Advisory Group. Her leadership is defined by authenticity, clarity and a commitment to community. She consistently uses her platform to promote equity and inspire change, grounded in her own lived experience. Her vision is of a profession where opportunity is truly accessible to all.
