Continuing Professional Development
You’re now a qualified CA but that doesn’t mean your time to learn and develop is over. In fact, as an ICAS member you’re bound by a commitment to undertake lifelong Continuing Professional Development (or CPD).
And through this CPD activity you’ll be able to ensure that you always have the necessary skills and competencies to undertake your professional work to the highest standard.
Professional ethics
Through its ethics-related content, the ICAS syllabus helped prepare you for what’s an integral aspect of your professional career.
Now that you’re a qualified CA, you are bound by the ICAS Code of Ethics and have a mandatory requirement to take individual responsibility for the maintenance of the highest ethical standards.
Your new obligations as a member of ICAS
As a member of ICAS you now have a number of new obligations, from keeping your details updated to reporting disciplinary matters and obtaining a Practising Certificate.
