If you have an eligible UK bank account, Direct Debit is the easy way to pay and allows you to choose from one instalment or spreading your payment over four or twelve monthly instalments.

- One convenient annual instalment
- Four monthly instalments
- Twelve monthly instalments
How do I set up a new Direct Debit?
You can set up a Direct Debit at the final stage of completing your online annual renewal form. Once you have completed your form you will be asked if you would like to set up a Direct Debit. Select 'yes' and you will be prompted to set up a new mandate and confirm how many instalments you would like to pay by.
Continuing or amending an existing Direct Debit
If you already have a Direct Debit in place with ICAS you do not need set up a new mandate. However, you can email us at members@icas.com to amend your current number of payment instalments or with any related queries.
Direct Debit payment dates and amounts
- For the single annual instalment
Direct Debit payments will be collected on or after 29 December 2025.
- For 4 monthly instalments
The first payment will be collected on or after the 29 December 2025 and then on or after the last day of each month January to March 2026 inclusive.
- For 12 monthly instalments
The first payment will be collected on or around 29 December 2025 and then on or after the last day of each month January to November 2026 inclusive.
