• One convenient annual instalment
• Four monthly instalments
• Twelve monthly instalments

How do I set up a new Direct Debit?

You can now set up a Direct Debit at the final stage of completing your online Annual Renewal form. Once you have completed your form you will be asked if you would like to set up a Direct Debit. Select 'yes' and you will be prompted to set up a new mandate and confirm how many instalments you would like to pay by.

Continuing or amending an existing Direct Debit

If you already have a Direct Debit in place with ICAS you do not need set up a new mandate. However you can email us at members@icas.com to amend your current number of payment instalments or with any related queries.

Direct Debit payment dates and amounts

For the single annual instalment, Direct Debit payments will be collected on the last day of December 2024. For four monthly instalments, the first payment will be collected on the last day of December 2024 and then the last day of each month January to March 2025 inclusive. For twelve monthly instalments, the first payment will be collected on the last day of December 2024 and then the last day of each month January to November 2025 inclusive.
