The CA Women's Network is an international community that connects, inspires and supports female ICAS members and students.

Be part of the CA Women’s Network

The CA Women’s Network is a community of female ICAS Chartered Accountant (CA) members and students.

This network is:

  • An open, safe and supportive space where you can share perspectives and exchange career insights.
  • A place to belong, where you can meet other women in the profession, find or become a mentor, collaborate, celebrate or just get together and socialise.
  • A platform to help amplify CA women’s voices, raise common issues and address the unique challenges faced by women in the profession.
  • A place for women from across the global ICAS network, from all sectors and all career stages, from those just starting on their CA journey to those at the top of their game.

And because it’s entirely member-led, the network is whatever you make it.

Why we got involved with the network

The CA Women’s network is shaped and steered by an advisory group of 15 volunteer CAs. They have a variety of personal and professional backgrounds to help the group represent the diversity of the ICAS membership.

Below, some of the group share their stories and explain why they got involved.
