Member price: £144.50 + VAT
Non-member price: £170 + VAT
Timing: 2.00pm-5.15pm
Online Live, 12 November 2024
Overview
The course concentrates on the practical approach and uses real-life examples wherever possible to illustrate the mistakes which arise most frequently.
Tax departments can be one of the most profitable parts of an accountant's practice but they can also expose him to the most risk of client disapproval when errors occur. This course should help minimise those risks.
What you will learn
Gain an insight into some of the areas which commonly give rise to compliance failures on taxpayers' affairs, mistakes on tax returns and tax calculations, and other compliance issues which can arise with the tax affairs of the business and personal client.
The course aims to give you a framework within which to prevent compliance problems arising and hints and tips on prevention and/or problem solving.
Who should attend
The course should be of interest to all tax staff and managers (even partners) who are involved on a day to day basis in the submission of information to tax offices. Anyone who thinks they can never make a mistake should not attend!
