"I approached ICAS Cares after leaving my previous role due to various personal issues. It was a difficult period and I felt unsettled. Reaching out was not easy, but from the outset I felt treated with care and without judgement.

The resource included structured career assessments, interview preparation modules, CV guidance, recorded workshops, practical exercises and a substantial library of job-search materials. There were thousands of resources available, many of which I found genuinely insightful and far more in-depth than standard online advice. The job coach was highly experienced and brought both clarity and encouragement to our discussions. The provision across the board, from the job resources, to the coaching, to the wellbeing funding, was consistently excellent.
