Meetings
ICAS Council meets at least four times each year, usually at CA House, Edinburgh.

5 September 2025
5 December 2025
Quorum
As set out in ICAS’ Rules, a meeting of Council shall be one third of the members of Council, including at least one Office Bearer and not less than one Public Interest Member.
Records of meetings
Each meeting of Council is formally minuted, and the minutes are tabled for approval at the following meeting.
