Racial inequality and the devastating effects that it has on those who experience it cannot be understated. October marks Black History Month in the UK, an opportunity to reflect and look back in recognition at the accomplishments of black businesspeople. It is also an opportunity to learn and look forward at what more can be done to embed a culture of equality and inclusion in the workplace.
