ICAS insolvency submissions

ICAS responses to insolvency related consultations are submitted on behalf of the ICAS Insolvency Committee by the Insolvency Technical team. The views and comments of the Insolvency Committee are canvassed in order to draft consultation responses.  The Committee's input is also sought to feed in to other ICAS responses where the consultation may have an impact on insolvency.
