What you told us: latest survey results highlight our Members’ key priorities
Learn more about the findings of our June 2021 survey of ICAS Members and how the insights are helping us to provide you with an improved and more relevant membership.
At ICAS, your opinion matters. That’s why we survey our Members twice a year, helping us to better understand you, and enabling us to deliver the quality services you need.
The results of our June 2021 Member survey are now available. Below you’ll find a snapshot of the main findings and some information on the ways in which we’re using these insights to inform, improve and add value to your membership.
Member satisfaction and NPS
Member satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS), our key customer-satisfaction metrics, remain essentially unchanged, although for the first time since our insights programme began, Member satisfaction in London has surpassed levels in Scotland. We’ve also redefined our Member Value Proposition helping you to better understand the range of services and benefits you receive as an ICAS professional.
Regulating the profession
You told us that effective regulation and enforcement are important to you, so over the past year, we’ve worked harder than ever with the FRC, governments and stakeholders to ensure the regulation regime we operate is recognised and valued.
Communicating with you, our Members
Good communication is at the heart of everything we do. We are enhancing our data collection to ensure that we can target and segment our Member communications and we’ve developed Member personas to better target our communications – all to ensure that what’s relevant to you, gets to you. The CA magazine is now fully digital with an enhanced online user experience, allowing you to access industry news and cutting-edge thought leadership wherever you are in the world.
The importance of ED&I
You’ve been very clear: ED&I is important to you, and it’s important to the continued success of the profession. So, we’ve created a range of ED&I resources and help and support tools, including a dedicated Diversity Hub, all of which can be accessed on icas.com. Acting on the results of our Ethnically Diverse People survey, we’ve also now published diversity data on all of our main boards and committees, and in Q1 of 2022 we’ll publish the diversity composition of all ICAS board and committees.
