ICAS will close on 2 and 3 June for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebration

Find out how ICAS' closure for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations will affect support for Members, Firms and Students.

The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations provide an opportunity for people throughout the United Kingdom to come together to mark the historic milestone.

Celebrations culminate in a four-day UK bank holiday weekend from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 June.

In honour of this unprecedented anniversary, and to celebrate and reflect on the Queen’s 70 years of service, ICAS will be closed on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 June.

During the office closure our phonelines will be closed. All general enquiries should be directed to us via email at connect@icas.com. Queries will be picked up when the office reopens at 9am on Monday 6 June.

Exam support for Students

If you are a CA Student who is sitting an exam during the week commencing 6 June, support will be available from 9am on Monday 6 June.

Please contact your tutor with any questions and requests for support as early possible before the closure to ensure that we have sufficient time to respond.

Technical Helpdesk

Our technical helpdesk will be closed on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 June. Queries can still be submitted through the portal during this period and will be responded to as soon as possible after the office reopens on 6 June.

We ask that Members and Member firms get in touch with us as early as possible before the closure for anything which requires a response prior to closure to ensure that we have sufficient time to respond.
