ICAS office closure over the 2023–2024 seasonal break
Our offices will close on Friday 22 December and reopen on Wednesday 3 January at 9.00.
Please get in touch by 12 noon on Friday 22 December to ensure we’re able to respond to all queries.
During the break, our phonelines will be closed, and emails won’t be monitored. Any emails sent during this time will be responded to when we reopen on Wednesday 3 January.
Technical Helpdesk
Our technical helpdesk will also be closed during this time.
For queries, please contact us by 12 noon on Thursday 21 December. We can’t guarantee a response to queries submitted after this time.
We encourage you to get in touch as early as possible so that we can assist you before the break.
Course discussions
Course discussions in Advantage will not be monitored during the break.
To ensure we have time to respond to your posts, please get in touch by 12 noon on Wednesday 20 December.
Annual Renewal deadline
The deadline to complete Annual Renewal for 2024 membership is 1 January 2024. Annual Renewal can be completed quickly and easily online at any time.
