ICAS 2020 Special General Meeting results
An ICAS Special General Meeting was held online on 30 November, with Members asked to vote on a range of resolutions. These included the final recommendations of the Comprehensive Governance Review.
In order to comply with COVID-19 social-distancing restrictions, the SGM was held online. The proxy voting and in-person voting results on each Resolution were announced and all were carried. The results were:
