Have your say about the ICAS website
Could you spare an hour to help us perform usability tests on icas.com? Feedback from the tests will help shape upcoming improvements to the site’s user experience.
Our process of continuous improvement
At ICAS we maintain a process of continuous improvement that works to enhance our membership offering and the services and support we provide. As part of this process, we are planning to update icas.com to improve its overall usability.
We would like to invite ten Members to participate in a series of tests of the site’s user experience. Feedback from the tests will be highly valuable, helping us understand how and where the site can be improved.
1-hour online tests
The tests will be held on Monday February 28 and Tuesday March 1 and will be run by User Vision, the specialists in web usability that ICAS are working with to implement the improvements. The tests will take 1 hour and are run remotely using a screen-sharing system similar to Zoom, so you can easily take part from your home or office.
It’s important to note that this is not a test of you, but rather a test of the current ICAS website, and there’s no requirement to prepare in advance.
How to take part
If you wish to take part, please email Tom Cheeseman, Senior Digital Marketing Manager at ICAS for further information.
As a thank you for your time, ICAS will donate £15 to the ICAS Foundation or this year’s ICAS charity partner, Dementia UK, on your behalf.
