Celebrate National Payroll Week 2024
Celebrate payroll and shine a spotlight on payroll champions for National Payroll Week 2024.
National Payroll Week (NPW) was established by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) in 1998 to celebrate the payroll profession and give the industry the recognition it deserves.
Over 20 years later, NPW is now bigger than ever and this year they want to celebrate the very reason why you #ChoosePayroll.
This year, NPW will take place between 2 – 6 September, and the CIPP would like you to get involved.
How can you get involved during National Payroll Week?
The Institute are running a week full of free webinars during each day of NPW, hosted by the CIPP and IPP Education, and amazing sponsors. Some of these webinars include the CIPP Policy Team Update, Bitesize Training – Statutory Sick Pay, Next Generation Payroll is here: What's in It for You? plus many more.
This is a great opportunity to learn valuable insights and grow your knowledge in various payroll areas. You can book onto the CIPP webinars here.
The CIPP also launched their digital launch packs earlier this month, which contain materials to help you celebrate NPW such as printable stickers, bunting, desktop wallpapers, and so much more. You can download your pack here: Download Your National Payroll Week Pack | CIPP
Support from the Chancellor of the Exchequer
And finally, the CIPP were delighted to have received support from the new Chancellor of the Exchequer, the Right Honourable Rachel Reeves MP, who acknowledged their letter and the importance the payroll industry plays to the economy, and of course, endorsing National Payroll Week 2024.
We look forward to seeing your participation and celebrations on social media. Please use the hashtags #NPW24 and #ChoosePayroll to help to spread the payroll message as far and wide as possible and tag #CIPP into your posts so CIPP can see them.
Happy National Payroll Week!
