Become a Mentor
It can be difficult to dedicate time to our own career development, let alone supporting others in the profession, but the role of a mentor is a very rewarding one.
Many of our mentors say they wished they had been able to benefit from a similar opportunity particularly when they were in the early stages of their careers. As a mentor, your primary goal is to provide guidance and support to your mentee. You work with your mentee to establish and build the relationship. We welcome mentors from all levels, including members at the start of their career right the way through to experienced professionals.
"My mentor and friend encouraged me to push the boundaries of my comfort zone, which helped me to learn and gain new experiences.” Clive Bellingham CA, ICAS President and Career Mentor
“As CAs we have much to offer and I believe it’s our responsibility to use our professional knowledge and life experience to support each other.” Graham Little CA, Business Coach and Mentor
