The ICAS Student Wellbeing Programme is for all student members and provided by CiC.
What is the Student Wellbeing Programme?
A suite of wellbeing services offering support to our students. This is a confidential service designed to help you deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting your home life, work life, health and general wellbeing.
The services can help to support you with a wide range of issues such as coping with assessment pressure, managing working and studying, study patterns, legal issues or managing change.

The helpline service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by calling
0800 085 1376 or +44 (020) 7938 0963 and quoting 'ICAS'.
You will be asked for some initial details, as well what your call relates to, to help the team get you the right support. The service is confidential and any information you provide will not be shared with ICAS or your employer.
Ele - Digital Wellbeing Platform and App
Ele is an on-demand content library with 6,500 lived experience videos, interviews, podcasts and expert-led discussions. The articles and self-help guides provide support on a range of health and advisory issues, as well as instant guidance to aid your physical and mental health.

Who can use the service?
The service is available to all students and apprentices.
When should I contact the helpline?
The helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year – so help is always available, at a time that suits you.
What will happen when I call the helpline?
A qualified counsellor or advisor will answer your call. You’ll need to tell them the name of your institute (ICAS). Then you’ll answer some questions about what your call relates to so you can get the help you need. If they are arranging counselling for you, they may ask for your name, address and contact details.
Why are my details taken?
You will be asked for some initial details, as well what your call relates to, to help the team get you the right support. The service is confidential and any information you provide will not be shared with ICAS or your employer.
