The coronavirus pandemic affected all of us and our way of life. For many of us it has meant we have more flexibility and time on our hands, giving us the opportunity to learn new skills, start a new hobby or focus on developing our careers.
The pandemic may also have taken a toll on both our physical and mental wellbeing. FutureLearn has a range of courses that can help you manage your own mental health and support others who are struggling.
While we encourage all our members to keep up to date with their CPD during this time, we do also realise that many of our Members may be facing financially uncertain times and the benefit of the FutureLearn online courses is that they are free.

FutureLearn offers a range of online courses for our members, allowing you to care for your mental wellbeing, develop your leadership skills, progress your career or explore new passions.
How do they work?
FutureLearn’s courses are short and enable you to learn flexibly. The courses require just a few hours of time each week and can be completed at your own pace.
Courses can be completed for free or there is the option to upgrade to receive additional benefits such as a Certificate of Achievement, enabling you to show evidence of your drive, determination, and continued development.
You’ll also receive an online version to add to your CV and LinkedIn profile in the subject of your choice, whether that be turning ideas into action, growing a sustainable business, effective communications or learning about the power of social media.
