Chance to vote for CA magazine in Award’s shortlist
After its relaunch in February 2020, we are delighted that CA magazine has been shortlisted in the categories of Member Magazine of the Year and Cover of the Year.
The magazine has been shortlisted by PPA Scotland for its June 2020 front cover, featuring a T-rex on its way back from a shopping spree.
The image is a nod towards the issue’s main feature, in which business professionals working in the retail sector shared their experience of the pandemic as well as advice on how the high street could survive. The issue offered some light relief as the third month of lockdown arrived – a time when many commentators were featuring the worst for high street mainstays and independent favourites. The cover reflects the push-and-pull of public debate: is there life left in our retailers after all?
The winning cover is to be decided by the public so please do cast your vote by Friday 20 November if you agree it deserves to win!
Member Magazine of the Year
The playful nature of the dinosaur cover reflects our wider goal to provoke, challenge and inspire readers with each edition of CA magazine. By combining high-level commentary with thoughtful and modern design, we seek to distinguish CA magazine from other business titles.
We are delighted that the magazine has been shortlisted for Member Magazine of the Year and hope that our Members truly do value the news, insight and thought leadership content provided in each edition.
CA magazine is distributed to all of ICAS’ 22,000 members, plus students who are training for their CA qualification. Content marketing agency The River Group was appointed by ICAS to produce CA magazine in 2019. It was relaunched by ICAS and River at the beginning of 2020.
Your views of CA magazine are always welcome as we look to improve and develop the magazine in the future. Please do get in touch with us at communications@icas.com with your comments.
