HMRC’s temporary Customer Compliance Manager: On demand webinar
HMRC is trialling a new service aimed at helping mid-sized businesses called the temporary Customer Compliance Manager (or tCCM) model. In this ICAS pre-recorded webinar, discover how the tCCM model may help you and/or your clients.
You will also find out about how the tCCM service could support businesses experiencing considerable difficulties in managing tax affairs, businesses in crisis, businesses facing uncertainty and businesses planning for growth in their dealings with HMRC.
Topics discussed include how a tCCM supported a large manufacturer business with circa £2.5m repayments outstanding which was having a significant impact on cash flow, how a tCCM brought together long-running enquiries on a fashion retailer business providing much needed certainty to the business by ensuring all enquiries were routed by the correct contact points and how a tCCM provided support to a rapidly expanding tech firm who had undergone multiple acquisitions, ensuring correct statuses were recorded avoiding penalties for dormant entities.
