It’s critical to ensure that your IT team has whitelisted all the relevant URLs. This is essential to enable your students to complete their mocks and subsequent assessments under invigilated conditions.

If your organisation’s security protocols include VPN and/or Firewall settings to control access to external sites, please update these so that the sites above can be accessed both remotely and within the workplace.

We also ask that you ensure your candidates have access to the full suite of MS Office tools, including MS Teams, throughout their studies with ICAS. This will enable them to participate in all classroom and assessment activities throughout the course.

The invigilation software can support Chrome, Edge and Brave browsers (all Chromium-based). If students continue to have problems with access, please see the technical guide.
