Our ATO Portal provides you with secure access to your students’ data whenever and wherever you need it.
Our ATO Portal provides you with on-demand access to your students’ data.
The portal allows training principals and counselling members to gain an overview of your organisation’s data or filter down to individual offices.
You also have the flexibility to download the data to create bespoke reports, or to upload into your organisation’s systems.
We recommend that the portal is accessed using the Google Chrome web browser.

What are the portal's main features?
Here’s a snapshot of the types of data available through the portal:
- Student lists (all and per individual)
- Contract details
- Absences
- Exemptions
- Class enrolments and dates
- Assessment enrolments, dates and results
- Student progression throughout the term
The portal’s additional features simplify your processes and allow the data to be used for your organisation’s specific purposes:

Data protection and privacy
Whilst accessing and downloading data from within the portal, users must respect, and are entirely responsible for, both the security of that data and any data-protection issues pertaining to it.
All personal information derived from the portal must be handled in accordance with data-protection legislation and your organisation’s data-protection best practices.
For training principals and counselling members
For data-security reasons, access to the portal is currently limited to training principals and counselling members. If you require access for your reviewers, then please get in touch.
