If you need to enrol or defer a student from an upcoming course, please let us know by the deadline below.

Knowledge and Skills

• Enrolment deadline for Term 1 2025 - 5 December 2024
• Deferral deadline for Term 1 2025 - 16 January 2025

Integration

• Enrolment deadline for Term 2 2025 - 28 February 2025

Assessments, results and retake

Enrolment

Students are automatically enrolled to Knowledge, Skills or Integration assessments when they enrol in a course.

If they need to retake an assessment, students must self-enrol using the retake support and assessment form sent to their ICAS email following results.

Results

Your student's assessment results are published in the ATO Portal.

If you're a training principal or counselling member, you can also view the overall pass rate for each assessment.

Retake support

To support students with their next attempt, they can sign-up and purchase our retake services.
