Free to ICAS members, and consisting of five virtual 60-minute sessions, you’ll discover how to hone your leadership skills by learning from experienced executive coaches, who have worked with numerous leaders in the accountancy and professional services sectors.
Learn about building confidence as a leader, how to motivate your team to go the extra mile and inspire others. You’ll be introduced to an established, proven leadership framework that will equip you and your colleagues to adopt the behavioural traits of top leaders.

Please note these sessions will not be recorded and the Chatham House Rule is observed in all sessions. The sessions are designed to be interactive and participation is encouraged.
While learning about the benefits of leadership you’ll also be contributing towards your annual CPD learning, a commitment every CA should undertake to develop their skillset and keep abreast of the latest developments in business and accounting.

By attending these masterclass sessions, you’ll be given a copy of the Leading Figures’ ‘Learning to Lead’ booklet. In addition, a free follow up 60 minute coaching session will be offered to the first five delegates who request one after each of the group sessions. You’ll then have the opportunity to take up additional paid-for 1:1 coaching with Leading Figures at a discounted ICAS Member rate. Coaching sessions will be provided by the programme facilitators or experienced associates.
Your programme facilitators will be Thomas Chalmers and Russell Borland, Partners of Leading Figures LLP, a coaching and consulting firm focussing on supporting leaders and their teams, with a focus on the finance and professional services sectors.
