Duties include:
- Management of the finance team (5 people)
- Manage group statutory reporting
- Cash and Treasury Management
- Annual Planning Process
- Ensure adequate internal controls maintained throughout
- Supervision of AR and AP processes
- System administration as required
- Focal point for finance for group integration projects, including SAP implementation
- Manage group tax compliance and tax planning including transfer pricing (tax expertise is not necessary, just a general awareness)
- Wide variety of ad-hoc projects as required
- Provision of support to the Finance Director
Person Profile
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Professional Accountancy qualification
- Prior experience as a Financial Controller
- Up to date knowledge of current financial law, accounting principles and basic internal controls
- Experience of international financial operations and in controlling financial compliance in multiple global entities
- Strong ERP and financial reporting system knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to use initiative and work independently and make decisions in an international finance role
- Strong people manager and team builder
