2022 was another year of change, the impact being felt throughout all aspects of our lives.
Against this backdrop of economic and political uncertainty, ICAS’ public interest role remained at the heart of all that we do. As we continue to build a more ethical, robust and sustainable profession, we worked with governments, regulators and business to uphold our public interest mandate and represent the needs of our members, students and firms.

Public Interest Members Report 2022
The duties of Public Interest Members of Council (PIMs) are to bring an independent perspective to the work of ICAS and to ensure that the profession operates in a transparent manner and to the highest ethical standards. We are also closely involved in the governance of the organisation. Read the Public Interest Members Report 2022.
Audited Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements 2022
The Members of Council are responsible for preparing the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
These were approved by Council on 23 March 2023.
