Nominations Committee – meetings

According to General Regulations, the ICAS’ Nominations Committee meets at least three times each year.

Meetings

The Nominations Committee meets at least three times each year, usually at CA House, Edinburgh.

Quorum

As set out in ICAS’ General Regulations, three members of the Nominations Committee being present at a meeting, constitutes a quorum.

Records of meetings

Each meeting of the Nominations Committee is formally minuted, and the minutes are tabled for approval at the following meeting.
