The ICAS Audit and Risk Committee meets at least four times each year.

The Audit and Risk Committee meets at least four times each year, usually at CA House, Edinburgh.

Quorum

As set out in ICAS’ General Regulations, three members of the Audit and Risk Committee being present at a meeting, constitutes a quorum.

Notes of meetings

Each meeting of the Audit and Risk Committee is formally minuted, and the minutes are tabled for approval at the following meeting and then shared with Council for noting.
