Event speakers
Sarah Dunsmore CAAuditor, Audit ScotlandSarah qualified as a CA in 2024, completing her training contract at Audit Scotland. Sarah works on auditing public sector bodies such as local government, central government and NHS.
Robert McCall CAFinance Business Intelligence Manager, Natwest GroupRobert is a Finance Business Intelligence Manager at NatWest Group, supporting the DigitalX COO and a strategic liquidation programme within the Executive Decision Support team. He joined NatWest after completing an Economics with Finance degree at the University of Edinburgh and has since completed a mix of ICAS TPS and Integration assessments, finishing the Integration level in 2025. Robert is also Treasurer of the 2050 Climate Group charity, where he has supported the board with its legal and financial duties since 2023.
Ruaridh McKenzieTrainee, Henderson Loggie LLPRuaridh is a trainee accountant with Henderson Loggie LLP in Edinburgh, currently on a three‑year contract finishing in September 2026. After graduating from Dundee University in 2023 with a 2:1 in Accountancy, he joined the audit team, working with companies and charities across Scotland. With ICAS Level 1 exemptions, he completed the Skills (Level 2) exams and will sit his final Integration exams in May 2026 as he works toward full qualification.
Rachel Alexander CAABAS Executive, MHARachel qualified as a CA in 2025, after completing a 5-year school leaver training contract with MHA. She is continuing to progress through her role at MHA as an Accounts and Business Advisory Services Executive.
