Iain AbernethyPeople and Culture Manager, AABCIPD qualified, with a breadth of experience within professional services, spanning over 25 years, Iain has built up specialist knowledge as a Human Resources Business Partner, Learning and Development Director and Early Careers specialist. Iain leads Early Careers at AAB, a top 25 UK Accounting business with over 1800 team members and Iain’s responsibilities span across the AAB group, including Scotland, Ireland and England.
Cameron MacInnesFund Services Associate, Morgan StanleyCameron joined Morgan Stanley in 2022 as an intern within the Fund Services department, enrolling as a Fund Services Analyst on the company’s graduate programme in 2023. Since early 2024, Cameron has been studying for his ICAS qualification, with only 2 exams remaining as of April 2026 at the Integration level. Cameron was promoted to the position of Fund Services Associate in January 2026.
Catherine Devaney CAExecutive Director – Learning, ICASCatherine (Cat) Devaney is the Director of Professional Qualification at ICAS. She leads the syllabus, delivery and digital learning teams for the CA Qualification and CPD. With over 16 years at ICAS, Cat has overseen the development and delivery of the qualification’s final level and previously lectured in Taxation, Financial Accounting and Audit. She is a qualified CA, having trained in a small/medium practice before moving into assurance at EY.
